Tu esisti da sempre, il drago, il caos, la madre
l'oceano in te e tu nell'oceano due correnti opposte
nel marasma abissale....la forma più pura
il tuo ordine è contro natura!

Tiāmat! Madre! creò senza un perché
l'alto a voi, gli abissi per me

la tua progenie si è presto corrotta
Apsu tradito e ucciso dai figli
le acque più dolci riposano in basso
il sopra ed il sotto così separati
si accresce il divario tra Tiāmat e il resto
quel caos che rendeva tutti più uguali
piano si annulla e ora siamo divisi
ma il drago dal basso grida di dolore!

Ea e il figlio Marduk rinnegarono l'origine
su una menzogna costruirono il potere
li caos è nemico lo schema è il modello
ciò che era buio oggi risplenderà
il potere non basta alla nuova progenie
ciò che era prima deve essere estinto
Marduk si arma di rete e di frecce Tiāmat la madre oggi morirà

Tiāmat! Madre! Uccisa senza pietà
la sua vendetta: tutto al caos tornerà

la madre colpita dalla freccia che diede origine al tutto
sia la testa di Tiāmat il cielo sia il suo corpo il fondale marino
gli occhi piansero i fiumi dentro i quali si trova la terra la terra degli uomini
sarà anche morto il drago ma l'entropia resta il suo retaggio

Tiāmat! Madre! sei qui con noi
La tua legge: Fai ciò che vuoi!
